Overall, we would come back here definately. The staff was very helpful, very satisfied!

The location was the highlight of the place, it was right in front of Wisma Atria and Seven Eleven, so access to MRT, food and shopping were great.

Unfortunately, some of the pillow given really smells of goose feather, which was really bad.... And I have to sleep on it for a few night since we ask for a change during the clean day which was only on Monday, Wednesday, Friday....

Fantastic Choice

The location was great, access to metro and malls were within walking distance. The facilities are very well maintained and the staff were available round the clock to provide help and support.

Service elevator is pretty old and that is the easiest access to the laundry room

Great location, great facilities, everything you need, polite staff.

So much to like at this accommodation! The welcome basket, the proximity to shops and transport, the huge pool, the polite staff. Our apartment also had a fully equipped kitchen. Despite being close to bustling Orchard it was pretty quiet. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

Whilst everything was working and clean, the apartment is a little tired. There are some renovated apartments, so perhaps they are gradually renovating them all. Also my bed was so soft I would wake up with a back ache and could not sleep on my stomach. The rest of the family were fine though, so perhaps it’s just me!

Location was excellent. Staffs were very helpful. Beds were very firm and comfortable.

Beds were very firm and comfortable. But it is time for some renovation, like the bathrooms and changes tiles in the bathrooms and kitchen. Change the shower area and etc etc.

Wonderful

The location is unbeatable, right opposite Taka,ION, Orchard Rd and the MRT exit. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The apartments are a bit on the older side but they were clean and comfortable. The laundry facility was a bonus having kids. We had a great week here.

It's a great experience, I will definitely come back again.

The apartment is old but it's clean and the staffs are very friendly and helpful. The location is prime, this is the main reason why we choose this apartment. I will recommend this apartment for those who need to stay around Orchad and will definitely come back again.

The shower box in the second bathroom is too tiny, but for a week stay it's bearable.

Wonderful

The location was perfect, especially during the Covid restrictions as it was right in the heart of the city with easy access to the shops and restaurants. Although the gym cannot be used, the swimming pool and tennis court was a BIG PLUS. I also appreciate to have been upgraded to a 2-suite apartment as it made my overall stay during the restriction much more comfortable in terms of space.

I wish they could have provided water for every week of my stay. Because I stayed for a month, I only had 4 bottles of free water in total. Also, the tennis court was closed for 2 weekends because of tree pruning, I felt that they could have more flexible arrangements since the tree pruning was not carried out on 3 of the 4 days it was closed.

They put “wet floor” sign everywhere and never move it. You’ll see on a sunny day 3 signs in one corridor

Excellent spot right in the middle of Orchard Road, what more could you ask for?

Smart placement of bed on the top level - which is what a loft is supposed to be. Dual bathrooms on both levels. Diligent daily room service. Quiet space. Good view of the well-maintained greeneries from the unit, although it is on the lower floors. Good curtain pulley system for guests to adjust light flow into the room. Spacious. Clean toilets. Excellent for both short and long-term stay (business and casual).

Breakfast option is pretty bad, probably the worst so far - some cereals and milk, fruit juice, imported pastries which were mushy, and canned soup. Such as waste for a comfortable and quiet dining area. It might also be time to change the toilet bowls as the flush system is not living up to the "American Standard". TVs are awkwardly placed on both levels, but still watchable. Sofa and the cushion need to be cleaned and steamed - smells of sweat. I also wished the dustbins are much bigger.

Great Location just off Orchard Road !

We are regulars at Orchard Parksuites . The last 2 visits have been very good - the staff at reception have been so friendly and helpful giving us great "Lofts" - very spacious and with a nice view over the Street into Ion Mall . I cant comment on the breakfast as we prepare our own in the room which has a very serviceable kitchen - fresh bread from Paul in Takashimaya or La Baguette in Wisma Atria . Cleaning service excellent and understanding .

The Frying pan provided is not "Non- Stick " . We overcome this by bringing our own over but it surely creates problems for the cleaners if guests used the one provided. Management should provide non - stick frying pans.
